Acceptable use :

• We are not a financial Institution; all payment is process by a license and authorized payment processor.

• Purchases of any product on our site will not give rise to any subsequent binding relationship or translate to a legal agreement. Once purchase has been made and product is delivered, this terminates the vendor's obligations to the purchaser.

• Account Funding is final. You cannot request for a refund once your transaction is completed.

• You are responsible for supplying your correct account or E-wallet number. If your fund was sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account, we will not be liable for any loss incurred.

• All transactions are completed within 0 – 7 working hours, if there is any delay in your account funding, our support department will get in touch with you.

• Third party payment is not allowed, your account details, personal details, and your E-wallet/CCI trading account Number must correspond otherwise payment will be refunded.

• You are responsible for paying VAT (Value added Tax) according to government tax Law. We will fund your account with exact amount received from you excluding VAT.

• We reserve the right to change our exchange rate at any time and please note, a notice or email may not be sent to you for these changes.

• You shall be responsible be responsible for the floatation of exchange rate.
